Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Lead – BW/Analytics to lead SAP BW/4HANA and Analytics service delivery engagements. The role will be responsible for end-to-end support, enhancements, governance, transformation initiatives, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across the SAP Analytics landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery for SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Manage AMS, enhancement, and transformation engagements with defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead incident, problem, change, release, and service governance activities.
- Drive performance optimization, data modeling, reporting strategy, and analytics adoption.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead onsite/offshore teams and ensure quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Support SAP roadmap, upgrades, migration, and analytics transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of SAP experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW.
- Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Experience with HANA Modeling.
- Experience with CDS Views and Embedded Analytics.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Reporting and Analytics.
- Experience with data integration, data warehousing, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Experience with AMS / Service Delivery.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, SLA/KPI management, and service governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Proven team leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP BW/4HANA or SAC certification.
- Experience leading global AMS/support engagements.
- Experience with analytics transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
