Original job description
You’ve built a career. Now it’s time to offer it.
KWPZ is looking for a morning show leader who isn’t chasing a bigger market… but a bigger calling. This is a rare opening to step into meaningful, high-impact work - reaching one of the least-churched regions in North America, metro Vancouver, BC, with the hope of Jesus, every single day. We’re not looking for someone who just “does mornings.” We’re looking for a proven communicator, a relational builder, and a creative force who can turn real life into compelling, faith-centered storytelling that actually moves people toward Christ.
If you’re wired to do the best work of your career, not for ego, not for comfort; but because you believe the Gospel still changes lives, this is your moment. You’ll join a team that is unapologetically focused on sharing Jesus with clarity, courage, and love. Our passion is to serve where we live, so this position requires relocation to either the greater Vancouver area, or Northwest Washington state (Bellingham area). If you’re ready to step out in faith, embrace the adventure, and use your gifts at the highest level for something that truly matters… we’d love to talk.
