The Program Manager, with support from the Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams, will be primarily responsible for the overall success of their customer product portfolios, from the initial quote through multiple product life cycles. The Program Manager will also be required to continuously monitor their customer's business environment for potential new product developments and then serve as the primary technical contact and technical interface with the customer.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in project management, an asset.
- A PMP / CAPM designation or experience deemed relevant.
- Understands the technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain aspects of the industry.
- Sheet metal and machining expertise, an asset.
- Experience in managing complex manufacturing projects.
- Entrepreneurship and customer orientation.
- Excellent judgment and strong decision-making skills.
- Available for travel.
- Master the French language and the English (customers from the United States).

Responsibilities
Oversee customer product portfolios from initial quotation through multiple product life cycles, working with Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure overall success. Monitor customers’ business environments for new product opportunities and act as the primary technical contact and interface.
Requirements
More than five years of project management experience is an asset, along with a PMP or CAPM designation or equivalent relevant experience. Candidates should understand technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations; experience with complex manufacturing projects is expected, while sheet metal and machining expertise is an asset. Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurship, judgment, and decision-making skills are required, as are French and English proficiency and availability to travel.
