Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at the Orléans, ON clinic location. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques. Daily tasks include delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, providing education on injury prevention and self-management, and documenting assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare providers when appropriate, monitoring client progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintaining a safe, welcoming clinical environment. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives and support a client-centered approach to care.
Qualifications
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physiotherapist in Ontario and completion of an accredited physiotherapy program.
- Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and use of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and clinical reasoning to identify appropriate therapies and monitor progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for educating clients and working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Solid documentation, time-management, and organizational abilities to handle a full caseload effectively.
- Commitment to client-centered care, professional ethics, and maintaining a safe, inclusive clinical environment.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports, or neurological rehabilitation is an asset.
- Willingness to engage in continuing education, stay current with best practices, and contribute to clinic initiatives.
