Original job description

Overnight Baker Schedule:

Part-time: 24-32 hours per week
Overnight shifts
Start times between 9:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Shift end times between 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake products according to company standards and recipes
Operate bakery equipment including proofer, ovens and bread slicer
Monitor proofing and baking times to ensure product quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the shift
Work efficiently and responsibly with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Previous baking experience is considered an asset
Genuine interest and enthusiasm for baking
Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently
Strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to work overnight hours and perform physical tasks associated with bakery production
