What We're Looking For
- Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
- Experience with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Experience coordinating shutdowns, contractors and major repair work.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

- Millwright, electrical, engineering or similar technical background is an asset.
- Experience in veneer, plywood, sawmilling, lumber drying or other continuous-process manufacturing is an asset, but not required.
The Opportunity
This role is about more than maintaining equipment. We want someone who can help us build a stronger maintenance and reliability program, develop people, improve how we work, and contribute to the long-term performance and modernization of our Annacis facility.
If you're an experienced industrial maintenance leader who enjoys solving problems, building strong teams and making lasting improvements, we'd like to hear from you.
