Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Analyze business needs and recommend solutions aligned with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud and the technology architecture in place.
- Translate needs into functional specifications and support the development teams in their implementation.
- Collaborate with business, technical and partner teams to ensure understanding and integration of solutions.
- Participate in the assessment of efforts, risks and dependencies related to initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning, testing and production of solutions.
- Produce and maintain the required functional documentation.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of the deliverables under his/her responsibility.
The Profile We Are Looking For Is As Follows
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.
- Experience in functional analysis and solution definition in a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud environment.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, including AWS.
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance field (important asset).
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or equivalent).
- Participation in agility initiatives at scale (SAFe, LeSS, DAD or equivalent) is an asset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in French, both oral and written.
- Working knowledge of English.
