Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced KTA (Tungsten TotalAgility) Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent document processing and workflow automation solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA). The role will work closely with business and technology teams to modernize document-centric processes and integrate KTA with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop KTA/Tungsten TotalAgility solutions for document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
- Configure KTA workflows, business rules, forms, queues, and process automation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between KTA and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and REST/SOAP interfaces.
- Implement intelligent document processing using OCR, classification, extraction, and validation capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable KTA solutions.
- Support application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
- Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Follow enterprise standards for security, integration, performance, and application governance.
Required Skills
- 4–8+ years of experience in KTA / Tungsten TotalAgility development.
- Strong hands-on experience with KTA workflows, capture, classification, extraction, validation, and process automation.
- Experience with KTA Designer, Transformation Designer, and related KTA components.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server.
- Knowledge of application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pega, BPM, RPA, OCR, IDP, or workflow platforms.
- Experience integrating KTA with Pega, Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments and cloud-based document processing.
- BFSI, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
- Knowledge of GenAI/LLM-enabled document processing is an asset.
