5+ years of hands-on Braze experience

Experience with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation
Familiarity with CRM and customer data platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in Telecommunications, Retail, or large enterprise environments
SQL knowledge for audience selection and campaign analysis
