The expected base salary range for this position is $95/Hr - $105/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

The Role:

As a member of our Corporate Solutions Technology team at IGM, you will join a highly collaborative group passionate about delivering innovative solutions for our clients, advisors, and employees using the latest SAP technologies.
This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP developer with deep expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing existing custom code, monitoring system performance and integrations, contributing to the migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA, BTP integration between ECC and SAP SuccessFactors and helping advance the organization’s use of BTP and BDC as a strategic platform for extensions, integrations, automation, and modern application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, integrations, and data flows between SAP and external systems and vice versa.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support the ECC to SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Support the ECC to S/4HANA migration by refactoring legacy code, adapting to new data models, and leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.
Maintain and enhance existing ABAP code across SAP Finance and Payroll modules (FI, CO, AP, AR, MM), ensuring stability and performance in a high-volume production environment.
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP),SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) including CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, extension services, and cloud-native development patterns.
Partner with architects and business teams to identify opportunities to use BTP/BDC for side-by-side extensions, process automation, integration modernization, and clean-core enablement.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.
Document technical designs, development standards, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and support.

Required Skills and Experience:

Hands-on experience with SAP BTP capabilities, including application development, extension patterns, integration services, security/identity concepts, Fiori/UI5, CDS views, and OData services.
Understanding of clean-core principles and how BTP can be used to extend S/4HANA while minimizing customization within the core ERP system.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), including data integration, modelling, governance, analytics enablement, and the ability to connect SAP and non-SAP data sources to support finance reporting, planning, and decision-making.
10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.
Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules and data structures.
Experience with system performance tuning, debugging, and integration monitoring.
Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
Solid understanding of SAP development lifecycle, transport management, and version control.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Concur, SWIFT integrations, or other financial platforms.
Exposure to agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of the Wealth Management and Financial Services industry.
