At Collective Healing Centre, we believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. We are a multidisciplinary team of therapists dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where individuals, couples, families, children, and teens can explore life’s challenges and move toward meaningful growth.

We understand that reaching out for support can be one of the most vulnerable steps a person takes. Our goal is to meet every client with empathy, respect, and curiosity, recognizing that each person’s story, strengths, and experiences are unique. We work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, emotional regulation challenges, and many other aspects of mental health and wellbeing.

Our clinicians draw from a variety of evidence-based and client-centered approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems approaches, mindfulness-based practices, and other integrative modalities. This allows us to tailor support to each individual’s needs, goals, and circumstances.
