The Market Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the sales teams to gather and analyze property information, research lease and sale comparables and maintain regional and market area data. This role provides research-based analysis that enhances Colliers' competitive advantage through expert market knowledge.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in research, preferably within commercial real estate, supported by relevant post-secondary education in business, economics or real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for detailed data analysis, including pivot tables and advanced functions, as well as PowerPoint for creating presentations
- Experience with database management and maintaining data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience delivering presentations and working with stakeholders while managing tight deadlines
- Ability to calculate, analyze and present key industry metrics and indicators with precision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams while supporting training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
