We need a Patient Services Representative to join our Diagnostic Imaging team! The Diagnostic Imaging department is an exciting place to be as it continues to grow and evolve. Significant investments have been made over the past two years and we aren’t slowing down!
In the role of Patient Services Representative, you will be a key member of a centralized hospital booking team and the first point of contact for patients and families. You will coordinate access across multiple clinical programs, including diagnostic imaging, cardiorespiratory, and ambulatory care services. This includes managing high volumes of referrals, triaging requests based on urgency and clinical guidelines, and navigating scheduling systems to ensure timely, accurate, and patient-centered care. You will be part of a high-performing, supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences while serving a growing community of over 74,000 residents and millions of visitors.

What You’ll Bring
Required
- OSSD or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience in the healthcare field
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- Additional certificates
Preferred
- Medical Office Administration course or equivalent
- Experience with Meditech Expanse
