What You Will Do:
- Participate in specification, design and implementation of software features for radio products and power amplifiers
- Perform hands on testing of Radio Frequency (RF) communication products. Participate in the on-going support of applications and products, both in-house and with clients.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Must be a Canadian Citizen
- Must either hold or be eligible for a Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Access.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Sound skills in C/C++ and real-time embedded computer architectures
- Signals, RF and Systems experience
- DSP and/or waveform implementation experience
- Experience with RF testing equipment: spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, and signal generator
- Object Oriented programming skills
- Knowledgeable in the software life cycle including definition, requirement analysis and design, implementation, validation and support

The salary range for this role is 54,000 CAD - 93,150 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
