We are looking for a
Service Coordinator to join our team at our
Laval branch. This is a
temporary position for an indefinite period, renewable in 3-month increments, depending on the company’s needs.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, the
Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Proactively monitor service agreements;
- Coordinate appointments with customers;
- Schedule technicians for various service calls;
- Keep information up to date in the computer system;
- Process warranty claims, when applicable;
- Order and follow up on parts for work orders;
- Provide excellent customer service to promote customer retention;
- Promote the company’s products, services and image.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a service coordination position;
- Post-secondary education; technical or mechanical training is considered an asset;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, by phone, email and in person, in order to communicate with French- and English-speaking customers and technicians;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High level of motivation, initiative and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work under pressure;
- Knowledge of Windows, including Excel, as well as POS and AX systems.
