At Common Ground Consulting, we specialize in development management and owner representation services during construction, guiding projects from municipal approvals through to occupancy. Development management includes strategic planning, feasibility analysis, securing approvals, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery. Owner representation during construction involves acting on behalf of the project owner to oversee the construction process, manage communication between stakeholders, ensure quality and compliance, and protect the owner’s interests with respect to schedule, cost, and contractual obligations.
