As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a trusted partner to our members, supporting them throughout their journey with Communauto.
Your Role as a
Customer Service Agent, you will be a trusted resource for our members. You will provide clear, professional support by phone and email, help members get the most from Communauto’s services, and complete the administrative follow-up required to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high quality customer service by advising, informing, and assisting members by phone and email.
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations.
- Explain the service Communauto offers in order to optimize the applicant's and/or member’s decision.
- Document issues related to the use of vehicles and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support the application process by verifying if the necessary information and documents are present.
- Respond to member’s invoice inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service or;
- College diploma with 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to speak and write in French is an asset.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software.
Skills and qualities- Strong sense of customer service.
- Attention to details.

- Well organized and punctual.

What We Offer:- A full-time position based in Ottawa, with a 37.5h week ,workweek scheduled over five days and availability required between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.
