- Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, high-volume retail food service environment. Experience managing a large team of associates and managers is a must.
- Experience in Remote sites
- Proven financial management skills, including ability to control product and labour costs and analyze information.
- Experience working with high volume operations with multiple food concepts.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills in French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of any POS System is an asset
