Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, plan menus, and ensure food meets quality standards, including accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances. Manage food costs, supplies, inventory, and kitchen equipment while recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff.

Requirements

The position requires a trade certificate or diploma, or equivalent culinary training, and 2 to less than 3 years of experience.
