Title: Technical Event Producer / Senior Event Producer
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (200 Bloor)
We’re looking for a Technical Event Producer with 8+ years of hands-on corporate event production experience to lead the technical execution of global live, hybrid, and virtual events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stage management & show calling
- Develop/manage run-of-show and technical show flows
- Coordinate AV, lighting, audio, video & staging
- Manage production vendors, technical crews & on-site operations
- Partner with creative, content, IT and brand teams
- Troubleshoot live-event issues and support executive-level events
Must-Have:
- 8+ years in technical/live event production
- Strong stage management & show-calling experience
- Corporate/global event experience
- Strong AV/production knowledge
- Excellent communication and ability to perform under pressure
