As the MC, you will serve as the face and voice of the Le Petit Chef experience. You will welcome guests, introduce the eveningās program, guide the audience through key moments, and create an atmosphere that is warm, exciting, polished, and aligned with our brand.
The ideal candidate is energetic, engaging, and professional, with the presence and communication skills to connect with diverse audiences while maintaining excellent timing, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Host and guide the dining experience from beginning to end.
- Introduce the Le Petit Chef story, performances, courses, and special moments in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain strong energy and audience engagement throughout each presentation.
- Deliver scripted and unscripted remarks confidently and naturally.
- Adjust delivery, pacing, and tone to suit the audience, occasion, and event format.
- Coordinate closely with the culinary, service, production, and management teams.
- Follow performance cues and maintain precise timing in a live dining environment.
- Make announcements regarding guest experience, venue procedures, and special programming when required.
- Respond professionally and graciously to guest questions or unexpected situations.
- Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Represent Le Petit Chef’s/Hilton standards, values, and brand with consistency and professionalism.
- Participate in rehearsals, briefings, training, and ongoing performance feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual-French and English
- Previous experience as an MC, host, presenter, entertainer, actor, announcer, tour guide, or event facilitator.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, tourism, live entertainment, or special events.
- Training or education in theatre, communications, broadcasting, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience hosting immersive, theatrical, corporate, or fine-dining events.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
