Condeland Engineering Limited (CEL) provides extensive Project Management, Cost Management and Analyses, and Civil Design services to the Land Development industry. We are proud of our extensive group of resources, in planning, engineering design and construction, identifying and adding value to potential development sites.

CEL is a full service engineering firm, established in 1993, providing planning, detailed design, feasibility studies, project management, contract administration, cost-sharing analysis and inspection services to the development industry, municipalities and government agencies. Through both our ‘In-House’ professionals and Associates, CEL further provides specialty planning services. Full plotting and CAD capabilities are all completed ‘In-House’.

CEL’s long history of success can be attributed to our client care and focus, accelerated results, and attention to detail. Land development, whether it is a lot severance, an industrial or commercial park, or a multi-acre residential subdivision, has become a very complex process. CEL has a wide range of experience and knowledge to manage a project from inception and planning through to Assumption and security releases for all project sizes (and phases).
