Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer / Senior Designer with strong experience in software development, system design, data analytics, and enterprise analytical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM/OFSAA or similar enterprise analytical platforms, along with expertise in SQL/PLSQL, Unix, CI/CD, Agile, and system integration.
The Senior Developer will work closely with application architects, business analysts, PMO, testing teams, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise analytical applications and solutions.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
- Create detailed technical designs based on business and application requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL solutions for analytical applications.
- Work with Unix/Linux and shell scripting for application development and support.
- Develop and maintain system and API integrations.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps processes and deployment activities.
- Work with scheduling tools such as AutoSys and Control-M.
- Collaborate with PMO, QA/testing teams, application architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solution options.
- Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and deployment issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and production support.
- For senior/lead-level candidates, provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Required Skills
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience for Senior/Intermediate Developers.
- 10+ years preferred for Senior Developer / Tech Lead-level candidates.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and related development/project tools.
- Experience with AutoSys, Control-M, or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of system integration and API integration.
- Strong analytical and solution-design skills.
- Experience designing solutions for enterprise analytical applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management).
- Experience with Oracle OFSAA or similar financial/enterprise analytical platforms.
- Experience with ERWIN or similar data modeling tools.
- Experience working with application architects and business analysts.
- Experience in banking, financial services, AML, risk, or compliance environments.
- Previous experience in a Senior Developer / Technical Lead / Senior Designer role.
