Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack)

Compensation: CAD $150,000 - $200,000 Base + Meaningful Equity (0.1% - 1%)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, In-Person
This isn't a traditional full-stack engineering role. You'll operate as a Forward Deployed Engineer, spending approximately 75% of your time building software and 25% embedded directly with manufacturing teams, identifying problems firsthand, shipping solutions quickly, and validating that your work creates measurable operational impact. Rather than receiving polished product requirements, you'll uncover problems yourself by working closely with machinists, operators, and engineers. You'll own solutions from discovery to deployment and play a key role in shaping how software accelerates manufacturing operations.
