Connect Health | Vancouver, BC
Full-time, in person
$28–$35/hour, depending on experience
Connect Health is a physician-led preventive health and longevity clinic in Vancouver. We provide highly personalized, comprehensive care for clients who are proactive about their health and expect an exceptional level of service.
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Client Care Coordinator to join our team.
This is an important client-facing role and much more than a traditional front-desk position. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in making their experience with Connect Health feel seamless, organized and genuinely cared for.
We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, highly organized and an excellent communicator. Someone who takes ownership, notices what needs to be done and follows through.
What you’ll do
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive
- Respond to client emails, phone calls and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate appointments across physicians, nurses, health coaches and external providers
- Support clients throughout their programs and ensure important details and follow-up are not missed
- Manage scheduling, appointment changes and ongoing client communication
- Coordinate referrals, requisitions, records and other administrative aspects of client care
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Work closely with the clinical and leadership teams
- Help identify and resolve client concerns quickly and thoughtfully
- Support new client onboarding and ongoing program communication
- Assist with day-to-day clinic operations
- Look for opportunities to improve systems, workflows and the overall client experience
Who we’re looking for
You are someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people while also being extremely organized behind the scenes.
You are:
- Warm, professional and confident communicating with clients
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Calm and resourceful when priorities change
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing track of details
- Discreet and thoughtful when handling confidential health information
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Proactive and willing to take ownership when something needs attention
Experience in private healthcare, functional or integrative medicine, executive health, longevity, or a similar client-focused healthcare environment would be considered an asset.
Medical office or healthcare administration experience is also helpful, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong experience in other high-touch client service environments.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on increased responsibility and grow with the organization over time.
About Connect Health
Connect Health is a growing Vancouver clinic focused on preventive health, longevity and personalized physician-led care. Our model gives clients significantly more time, access and continuity with their physicians and care team than is typically possible in traditional healthcare.
We are a small, collaborative team and are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.
How to apply
Please email your resume along with either a cover letter or a brief note telling us why you think you would be a great fit for this role.
