Job Description
The Town of Hebron Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a full time Program Supervisor II. The purpose of this position is to develop, promote, initiate and supervise a wide variety of passive, active and developmental recreation programs. Other responsibilities will include assisting in hiring, training and supervision of the seasonal staff, program instructors and site supervisors.
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, be available for night and weekend hours, and have at least five years experience in recreation or related field or any combination of experience and education. This 40 hour work week union position starting salary range is $53,095 to $55,890 DOE with a full benefit package.
