About the Role
consumr.ai, a ProfitWheel company, is looking for a Manager, Sales to drive enterprise SaaS sales across North America. This is a closing focused role for someone who knows how to take a qualified enterprise opportunity, understand the client's business problem, build a strong commercial case, navigate multiple stakeholders, and convert the opportunity into revenue. The Manager, Sales will be responsible for leads assigned through inbound channels, opportunities generated by our SDR team, as well as generating qualified leads using their own channels and network. You will own these opportunities from qualification through product presentation, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure. We are looking for someone who is comfortable selling high value SaaS solutions to large organizations and is accountable for achieving defined revenue and commercial goals.

What will you be doing?
- You will own assigned enterprise sales opportunities and be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers.
- You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business priorities, research requirements, challenges, and commercial objectives.
- You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations that connect the capabilities of consumr.ai to specific client needs and business outcomes.
- You will manage opportunities generated through inbound marketing as well as leads qualified and handed over by the SDR team.
- You will develop account strategies for enterprise opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- You will manage commercial discussions, proposals, pricing conversations, negotiations, procurement processes, and contract progression.
- You will build relationships with decision makers, influencers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders involved in enterprise buying decisions.
- You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure that opportunity stages, next actions, commercial value, and expected close dates are updated within the CRM.
- You will work closely with SDR, product, solutions, customer success, and leadership teams to move opportunities through the sales process.
- You will use your existing enterprise network to create introductions and accelerate access to relevant decision makers where appropriate.
- You will represent consumr.ai in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business development opportunities across North America when required.
- Most importantly, you will be accountable for meeting agreed revenue, conversion, and commercial targets.
What are we looking for?
- You should have at least 3 years of experience selling SaaS products to enterprise customers.
- You should have demonstrated experience managing enterprise sales cycles from qualified opportunity through commercial closure.
- You should be comfortable selling solutions that require consultation, discovery, product demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and business case development rather than transactional selling.
- Experience selling Adtech, Martech, marketing technology, data, analytics, research, insights, or related enterprise platforms will be considered an advantage.
- You should have the confidence to engage senior executives and business leaders and be able to communicate both the business value and commercial value of a technology platform.
- You should have strong negotiation skills and be comfortable managing pricing, procurement, legal, and commercial discussions.
- You should be disciplined in CRM usage, pipeline management, follow ups, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- An established network of enterprise relationships across the United States or Canada will be highly valuable.
- You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of opportunities, and being measured against clear commercial outcomes.
- You will responsible for the geographies assigned to you and it may change over a period of time.
