Role Description The Business Development Representative role at Content Connect is an on-site position based in Timmins, ON. In this role, the individual will prospect and qualify leads, conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and schedule and support sales presentations with potential clients. The Business Development Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare basic proposals, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, identifying decision-makers, following up on inbound inquiries, and nurturing relationships to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. This role also involves attending local networking events, gathering market feedback, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes.
