About the Role
As an Associate ERP Analyst, you will work with clients and internal project teams to help implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and consulting. You will work with stakeholders to understand how their organizations operate, uncover business challenges, gather requirements, and contribute to solutions that improve processes and outcomes.
Working alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists, you will gain hands-on experience across the ERP implementation lifecycle, including business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and client support.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, goals, and requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
- Investigate business challenges, identify root causes, and contribute to practical solutions that balance business needs, system capabilities, and project constraints.
- Support solution design activities and assist in translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
- Assist with the configuration and testing of ERP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue resolution.
- Assist with data migration, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Provide end-user training and support throughout project implementations.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful client outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, information systems, business analytics, finance, accounting, technology, or a related discipline.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into manageable components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business concepts quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and distinguish between a stated request and the underlying business need.
- Nice to Have
- 0-2 years of experience working with ERP software, business applications, accounting systems, software implementations, business analysis, or related disciplines.
- Internship, co-op, project, or professional experience supporting business systems or enterprise software.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
- Understanding of accounting, finance, operations, inventory management, purchasing, or related business processes.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, developing test cases, or supporting users.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Excel, SQL, or related technologies.
- Experience working directly with clients, customers, or business stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications, ERP coursework, or business analysis training.
