Copperman is seeking investment bankers and fundraising advisors to support capital raising across critical minerals, energy and deep tech, with a particular focus on copper, helium, energy technology and communications technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce prospective investors.
- Support investor outreach and fundraising discussions.
- Help advance investment opportunities through to closing.
Compensation
- Success fees on premium market terms.
- Equity participation in the company is negotiable.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in investment banking, capital raising or fundraising advisory.
- An established network of institutional investors, family offices or private investors.
- A proven track record of raising at least US$50 million, with relevant experience in one or more of the sectors above.
