Original job description
🚀 We're looking for a Founding Account Executive at Coraltalk AI Inc.!
This isn't a typical sales role, and we're not looking for a typical salesperson.
We're looking for someone who's built EdTech sales pipelines, loves the chaos of 0→1, and wants to help build something from the ground up.
Someone who:
Knows how to sell into higher education and can open doors.
Thrives in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.
Is comfortable with unconventional hours and doing a lot with a little.
Open to travel and public speaking at conference opportunities.
Challenges ideas, speaks up, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Is fluent in AI tools and agentic workflows, and uses them to punch above their weight.
Thinks like an owner, not just an employee, and wants to be in it for the long haul.
We're a small, ambitious team building something we believe can fundamentally change how the world assesses learning.
We've got real traction, big ambitions, and a LOT left to figure out.
We won't pretend to have all the answers. The right person will be excited to help us find them.
You'll have a genuine seat at the table, the freedom to experiment, and the opportunity to shape not just our revenue, but how we grow as a company.
And yes, we'll have fun along the way. :)
Know someone who's brilliant at EdTech sales but itching to build something of their own? Tag them, send them this post, or share it with your network.
And if this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
