Position: Sales Producer
Job Type: Hybrid, Full Time, Permanent
Work Location: Several locations can be supported throughout Ontario – London and North York offices currently in operation
Pay: Salary starting from $50,000 plus new business commission
Validation Option : In the event the Employee's Renewal commissions exceed the base salary of $50,000, Employee will have the option to exchange the base salary with renewal commission on personal lines.
What You Will Do:
- Generate new business through networking and referrals, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Sell and advise on personal lines insurance while identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the full client journey from quoting to policy binding, working with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and strong client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset
- Proven sales discipline with the ability to stay organized and consistent
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker management systems
- CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations and fluency in Korean or Chinese is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$117,477.04 per year
