Our Client is a growing Canadian custom clothing company based in Calgary, AB. They are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Client Sales & Account Manager to join their small and growing team.
This is an opportunity for a sales professional who wants to own the client relationship from the initial lead through to the completed order - and then grow that relationship into a long-term account.

What You'll Do
Manage Inbound Sales
- Respond to and manage inbound leads from initial contact through to close.
- Understand client needs, prepare quotes and confidently move opportunities forward.
- Build strong relationships that turn first-time customers into repeat business.
Own the Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire order process.
- Manage order intake, fulfillment and delivery updates.
- Coordinate internally to ensure orders are accurate and expectations are met.
- Address issues and oversee quality assurance to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Grow Your Book of Business
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Reconnect with previous clients and identify opportunities to reactivate dormant accounts.
- Follow up with companies that previously received proposals but did not move forward.
- Review the existing client database regularly to identify accounts with untapped potential.
- Re-engage companies that haven't ordered recently and uncover new opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Contribute to the Team
- Maintain accurate client and sales records.
- Collaborate with the business owner and existing Account Manager.
- Share ideas and opportunities that can help improve the sales process and client experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is sales-driven, personable, organized and motivated by results.
You bring:
- 2+ years of sales, account management or related client-facing experience.
- A proven ability to build relationships and close business.
- Strong communication, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Confidence making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
- A proactive approach - you don't wait for opportunities to come to you.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- A genuine desire to build and grow a book of business.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to maximize your earning potential.
Technical & Digital Skills
- Comfortable working in a CRM environment and maintaining accurate, up-to-date client and sales information. Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate a custom ERP system and other business technology.
- AI savvy and comfortable using AI tools regularly to improve productivity, research, organization, communication and other aspects of the sales process.
- Basic proficiency with Canva or another design platform, with the ability to make simple edits or create basic client-facing materials.
- Strong overall digital literacy and the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
Experience in custom apparel, promotional products, corporate clothing, uniforms, fashion, wholesale or a related industry would be an asset, but is not required.
