Job Title: Cafe Manager – Full-Time
Location Name: Nanaimo - Bowen Road
Our
Bowen Road location is seeking a new
Full-time Café Manager to play a key roll in the daily operations of our Café. You will be responsible for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. You will be prepping various meals ,platters, training new recruits, and assisting customers with a smile. If you are a confident leader with a passion , we want to hear from you!
Some Of What You Will Do
- You will train ,manage, and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- You’ll support in daily scheduling needs, ordering and inventory, and communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues
- You’ll ensure correct quantities of food are prepared to meet daily needs
- You will ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
- You’re efficient, organized, and enjoy working through challenges

Pay For This Job
Pay: CA$26.25-CA$35.75 per hour
Starting Range: $26.25-$30.50
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.
Growth Range: Up to $35.75
Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- 1 -2 years of Management or Supervisory role
