In alignment with Covenant Health's Mission, Vision, and Values, the Supervisor, Supply Chain is responsible for coordinating supply chain operations that support patient care, clinical services, and organizational priorities. The role works collaboratively with clinical, operational, and external stakeholders to ensure effective procurement, inventory management, distribution, and utilization of supplies, equipment, and related resources. The Supervisor, Supply Chain provides operational leadership in inventory management, procurement, vendor management, and process improvement while supporting financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. The role also provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to assigned Supply Chain personnel, ensuring a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented work environment that supports operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years multifaceted supply chain related experience in inventory operations, logistics, distribution, forecasting/planning, procurement, etc. Equivalencies in education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience leading and implementing operational, process improvement, and change management initiatives within a complex organizational environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment. Knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement processes, inventory management practices, and healthcare compliance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Oracle) and inventory management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare. Oracle (inventory management) or other ERP experience.
