Original job description
Cozen O'Connor is seeking an Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join our growing Family Services practice in our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-net-worth families and individuals on issues relating to family life including cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, surrogacy agreements, separation agreements, division of property and debt and negotiated settlements. Experience with litigation is a plus.
The Associate will be expected to manage complex client matters, mentor junior lawyers, coordinate with external advisors, and play an active role in strengthening and expanding client relationships. Strong judgment and exceptional communication skills, are essential.
Candidates must be members in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
