Our work sits between business and the public interest, between the evolving demands of industry and the standards that make trust possible.

Careers built here tend to look different because the work itself is different. You are not simply contributing to an organization. Own the month-end close process, including journal entry review, approvals, and financial reconciliations.
Develop and monitor cash flow reporting and forecasting to support financial planning and liquidity management.

Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and outstanding items are resolved promptly.
Oversee fixed asset accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Manage accounting activities for the organization's charitable foundation.
Prepare HST returns and other regulatory filings.
Coach and support a team of accountants, helping them grow their technical knowledge and professional capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting through technology and automation.

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting and a CPA designation.
A minimum of 4-6 years of prior work experience as an Accountant with demonstrated business and accounting experience.
