Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for driving new customer acquisition and supporting existing micro-business clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to onboarding. The role involves delivering clear explanations of CPOS features, handling customer questions, and providing training on how to use the platform effectively. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with sales management to refine sales strategies, track performance against targets, and share customer feedback with product and support teams. This position requires active engagement with local markets, regular follow-ups, and consistent documentation of sales activities in CRM tools.

- Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS sales is an asset.
- Comfort using CRM software and basic analytics tools to manage accounts and report on performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Canada, with strong organizational skills and a self-directed approach to meeting goals.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
