Creston & District Credit Union

At Creston & District Credit Union (CDCU), we are an independent, member-owned financial cooperative serving Creston, British Columbia, and the surrounding communities. Since our founding on July 31, 1951, by 10 local members with $50 in assets, we have grown into a trusted financial partner for the Creston Valley, with assets now exceeding $200 million.

As a financial cooperative, CDCU is different from a traditional commercial bank. When individuals and businesses become members, they hold membership shares, meaning they are not just customers - they are owners with a stake in the credit union’s success.

We offer a full range of financial solutions for individuals, families, businesses, and community organizations, including personal and commercial banking, lending, mortgages, savings and investment accounts, youth and community accounts, credit cards, and online banking. Through our subsidiaries, we also provide access to wealth management and insurance services.
