B2B Marketing Manager
Reports to: Director of Marketing & Partnerships
Salary range: $75,000 â 90,000
The Role
Cronometer is looking for a smart, versatile and hands-on B2B marketer to help grow the business to business side of Cronometer.
Youâll be responsible for marketing Cronometer Pro, our platform for nutrition professionals, while also helping us explore and bring to market new B2B and enterprise opportunities. That means this role spans both an established product with plenty of room to grow and a potential new product where weâre still learning what the market wants.
This is an all-around marketing role for someone who likes both thinking and doing. One day you might be building an email campaign to dietitians, the next writing a landing page, digging into campaign performance, publishing a blog post, building an audience list or working with Product and Sales on how we position a new offering.
You wonât be managing an established B2B marketing machine - youâll help build it.
Weâre looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, figure out what needs to happen next and then roll up their sleeves and make it happen. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, creative work, execution and analysis without waiting for someone else to hand you a playbook.
What Youâll Do
- Own and grow marketing for Cronometer Pro, helping us reach more dietitians, nutritionists, coaches, clinics and other health professionals and turn awareness into customers.
- Help develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new B2B and enterprise opportunities, from early demand testing and market validation through positioning, launch and ongoing growth.
- Build and run multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, content, paid media, organic channels and other opportunities you identify.
- Create the things your campaigns need - landing pages, emails, website copy, blog posts, sales materials and other marketing assets.
- Help shape how our B2B products are positioned and communicated, translating product capabilities into clear reasons for professionals and organizations to choose Cronometer.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and the broader Marketing team to understand customer needs and turn those insights into campaigns and messaging.
- Build and improve the digital journey from first touch through lead, trial and customer.
- Use our CRM and marketing tools to build campaigns, manage audiences and understand how prospects are moving through the funnel.
- Track performance and use data to understand what is working, what isn’t and what we should try next.
- Look for new opportunities to grow Cronometer’s B2B business and be willing to test ideas quickly rather than wait for perfect information.
What You Bring
Youâre a strong marketer and a capable generalist. Youâre equally comfortable thinking about positioning and strategy as you are opening up a CMS, building an email campaign or rewriting a landing page.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS or a subscription-based product.
- Strong digital marketing skills across email, websites and landing pages, content, paid and organic channels.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. You can write a compelling email, landing page, blog post or piece of sales collateral without needing to hand it off to someone else.
- A good understanding of the marketing funnel and how to move an audience from awareness through consideration and conversion.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to use campaign and funnel data to make decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and figuring things out independently.
- The ability to move between strategy and execution - you can build the plan, but you’re also happy to do the work.
- Curiosity, initiative and good judgment. When there isn’t an obvious playbook, you’re comfortable creating one.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Youâll Probably Love This Role IfâŚ
- You’re a marketing generalist who likes wearing a lot of hats.
- You enjoy building things from scratch more than maintaining someone else’s process.
- You’re comfortable getting your hands dirty - sending the emails, building the pages, writing the copy and digging into the numbers.
- You like having ownership and figuring out the best way to solve a problem rather than being given a detailed list of instructions.
- You’re interested in nutrition and health technology.
Helpful, But Not Required
Experience marketing to dietitians, nutritionists, clinics, healthcare providers or other health and wellness professionals is an asset. Experience with healthcare technology, metabolic health, GLP-1s or other adjacent health categories would also be valuable.

- Comprehensive health and dental benefits
