If you enjoy working outdoors, aren’t afraid of a little cold, and don’t mind hard work, this is the position for you! The reality is that it won’t always be easy. There will be long hours, undesirable weather, and those “why am I awake right now?” moments, but you’ll be part of a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who will support you every step of the way.

Start date: November 1st, 2025

To Apply, You Should Have the Following

G2 license and clean driver’s abstract required
Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)
Open availability for on-call work (snow likes to fall at night - hours may be very late or very early)
Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
Access to a mobile phone for communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
Physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs or more

Compensation

$25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability
Guaranteed Pay Options* during the snow season
Paid bi-weekly
Opportunity for full-time, year-round employment if desired at the end of the contract

Hiring is ongoing and positions will be filled as required. Apply today and join a team that values leadership, teamwork, and the occasional snow-covered adventure.
