Cullerton Group is seeking Manufacturing Associates – Precision Assembly for an onsite contract opportunity in Tay, Ontario.
This hands-on role involves assembling precision electromechanical components, inspecting completed work, and following documented manufacturing procedures. Training on the specific products and processes will be provided.
What we’re looking for:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work with metric measurements
- Basic computer skills and clear communication
- Ability to work onsite in Tay, Ontario
Preferred experience:
- Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
- Experience reading blueprints or technical work instructions
- Familiarity with precision components, electronics, or electromechanical products
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
