We currently have an opportunity for a BIM Coordinator interested in making an impact on a diverse range of innovative projects across Canada.
In this role, you will be involved with:
· Developing, implementing, and enforcing firm-wide BIM standards
· Updating Project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
· Creating Revit Families and Details
· Updating BIM project startup templates
· BIM model production and development
· Providing support and troubleshooting for model issues
· Creating Best Practices documents and guidelines
· Collaborating with project teams and contributing to large, complex projects
· Completing and reviewing model health checks
· Running clash detection and producing clash reports
· Updating dRofus for select healthcare projects
· Attending Digital Practice Bi-Weekly meetings
· Assisting with the rollout of emerging digital tools
What we are looking for in a candidate:
· Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience
· Architect or Architectural Technologist with professional Revit experience
· Professional experience in architectural contract documentation, BIM production, and BIM coordination
· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD
· Familiarity with 3D modelling software Rhino and Sketchup
· Experience with dRofus is an asset
· Familiarity with sustainability, software and plug-ins an asset
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
