- Coordinate with designers, production, graphics, logistics, and installation teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Review project requirements and ensure client expectations are clearly communicated internally.
- Manage project budgets, pricing, purchase orders, change orders, and invoicing in collaboration with the appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify potential delays, issues, or budget concerns.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Ensure all projects meet CVS quality standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client service, project management, and internal processes.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder and problem solver who can confidently manage the details of a project while keeping the client's goals at the forefront.
You should be comfortable moving between client conversations, budgets, design discussions, production timelines, and event logistics. You don't need to be a fabricator, but you should be curious about how things are built and able to work collaboratively with a production team to find practical solutions.
