CW Therapy

CW Therapy is a group psychotherapy practice grounded in the belief that meaningful support starts with feeling understood. We specialize in trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on supporting first responders and their families, alongside individuals, couples, children, and teens navigating complex emotional experiences. Our team understands the unique pressures that come with high-responsibility roles and works to provide a space where clients can process, reset, and move forward without judgment.

With in-person services in Burlington and Georgetown, and virtual care available across Ontario, we offer accessible, client-centered therapy tailored to each person’s needs. We support clients through a wide range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and major life transitions. Our approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in helping people build insight, strengthen coping, and create lasting, meaningful change.
