✅ Exigences essentielles
✔ Formation en génie mécanique
✔ 5 à 10+ années d'expérience en gestion de projets
✔ Expérience avec les KPI, tableaux de bord, structures de gouvernance et indicateurs de performance
✔ Excellentes aptitudes en gestion des parties prenantes et coordination interfonctionnelle
✔ Bilinguisme français et anglais obligatoire (le français est la langue de travail principale)
✔ Expérience dans des environnements d'ingénierie ou manufacturiers
⭐ Atouts
- Expérience avec CATIA ou logiciels CAD
- Connaissance de Jira ou outils similaires
- Expérience en transformation numérique
- Mise en place de tableaux de bord et initiatives d'amélioration de productivité

✅ Must-Have Qualifications
✔ Mechanical Engineering background
✔ 5-10+ years of Project Management experience
✔ Experience with KPIs, dashboards, governance, and performance metrics
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and departments
✔ Fully bilingual in French and English (French is the primary working language)
✔ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in engineering or manufacturing environments
⭐ Nice to Have
- CATIA or CAD software experience
- Jira or similar project management tools
- Digital transformation experience
- Reporting, dashboard, and productivity improvement initiatives
