Responsibilities
Lead structured root cause investigations into delivery delays and manufacturing or quality system failures, and maintain a prioritized register of causes, owners, actions, and measurable outcomes. Facilitate operational reviews and cross-functional action planning, validate corrective actions with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, and escalate blockers to senior customer authorities when needed.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering experience, eligibility to work in Canada, and the ability to work on-site. Candidates must have at least a Six Sigma Green Belt, experience facilitating cross-functional root cause sessions, proficiency in root cause analysis methods, working knowledge of SAP MRP outputs ZC13 and ZP24, and strong analytical skills; a Black Belt is preferred.
