You'll work directly with employers, employees and stakeholders on both occupational and non-occupational cases. When a file gets complicated, you'll have experienced colleagues in Saskatchewan and across Canada to talk it through with. And when you see a better way to support a client or a practice worth sharing, you'll have the opportunity to share and bring it to the team.

As Part Of Our Growing Team, You Will
- Develop and maintain case management plans (occupational and non-occupational) that are outcome focused.
- Use a collaborative approach with employers, employees and key stakeholders to create action plans to safely return absent employees to work in a timely and sustainable manner.
- Identify, review and assess medical, functional and occupational information and factors.
- Identify and mitigate barriers to recovery and Return to Work plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case management records using our custom built platform.
We recognize that disability management professionals can come from a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, we are looking for:
- Knowledge and experience in disability management, return-to-work coordination, vocational rehabilitation, attendance management, insurance systems and/or workers' compensation legislation.
- A related bachelor's degree (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, and Nursing considered assets).
- Related professional designations such as CDMP, CRTWC are considered assets.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Relationship building skills with a client-focused approach.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound judgement and decision-making.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will also be considered.
- Supportive team environment made up of experienced professionals who work together to share knowledge, solve challenges, and celebrate success.
- Growing and successful organization with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute innovative ideas.
- Structured onboarding and job-shadowing to set you up for success.
- Investment in your learning and growth through professional development, continuous learning and opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise.
- A comprehensive benefits package including a competitive salary, Group Pension Plan, vacation time, medical & dental benefits and opportunities for training and development.
