Role Description The Co Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vaughan, ON. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory processes, and adherence to company standards. The Co Manager leads and coaches sales associates, drives exceptional customer service, and helps achieve sales, conversion, and profitability targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, guiding team members in product knowledge and styling, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a visually compelling store environment. This role also contributes to local marketing initiatives, monitors performance metrics, and supports training and development to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience.

- Retail leadership skills, including team supervision, staff coaching, and performance management.
- Sales and customer service skills, with experience in client engagement, relationship building, and resolving customer issues.
- Store operations skills, such as cash management, inventory handling, merchandising, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, give feedback, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, including time management, prioritization, and decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge or strong interest in fashion, leather goods, and luxury or premium retail is an asset.
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as moving merchandise.
