<p><span>We are seeking a </span><strong><span>dynamic and detail-oriented professional</span></strong><span> to oversee the end-to-end management of customer orders, from quotation and sourcing through production, quality control, and final shipment. This role serves as a key link between customers, overseas factories, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring products are delivered </span><strong><span>on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards</span></strong><span>.</span></p><span>Key Responsibilities</span><ul><li><p><span>Manage </span><strong><span>RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, quotations, pricing, and POs</span></strong><span> from initial customer inquiry through final shipment, ensuring accurate costs, specifications, and timelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with factories and vendors on </span><strong><span>product sourcing, cost analysis, pricing negotiations, and cost-effective solutions</span></strong><span> that meet customer requirements and target margins.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage the </span><strong><span>full order cycle</span></strong><span>, confirming product specifications, quantities, pricing, production requirements, and delivery schedules while maintaining accurate documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor </span><strong><span>production, sampling, quality, testing, inspections, social compliance, and packaging/labeling requirements</span></strong><span>, proactively resolving risks and corrective actions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate </span><strong><span>single and consolidated shipments</span></strong><span>, including bookings, shipping notices, waybills, invoicing, and import documentation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze </span><strong><span>customer and internal sales data</span></strong><span> to identify opportunities, support product positioning, and develop strategies to grow assigned accounts while controlling costs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the </span><strong><span>key liaison between customers, factories, vendors, QA, logistics, and internal teams</span></strong><span>, providing timely updates and independently resolving complex operational and pricing issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain </span><strong><span>strong customer and overseas vendor relationships</span></strong><span> while supporting continuous improvement, product development, and business growth.</span></p></li></ul> <br> <ul><li>3 to 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Proficiency with computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Fluency in French</li><li>Fluency in English to communicate with suppliers in Asia and customers outside Quebec</li><li>Knowledge of Mandarin, an asset</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Strong organizational skills and initiative</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Ability to handle fluctuating workloads and work effectively under pressure</li><li>Ability to effectively mentor and guide junior staff</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate change initiatives</li></ul>
